Grandma's pear cake or chocolate cake, vanilla custard or apple and red apple and red fruit crumble - in this beautiful mould you like to prepare favorite gourmet recipes, but that's not all... Because it invites and the confidence to succeed.
It's hard not to be touched by the elegance of its soft shapes capable of sublimating any preparation? Whether it's a or a smooth, golden flan, this mold excels at presentation! this mould excels at presentation!
And why stop at what comes out of the oven? It gives the same preferential treatment to floating islands or a citrus salad. It's so charming, in fact, that we'd go so far as to leave it on display, on the kitchen counter, to show off our finest fruit...
But let's get back to cooking. Did you know that ceramic is an excellent heat diffuser? And therein lies the secret of plump cakes: gentle heat that penetrates right to the heart of the preparation. When the blade of the knife comes out nice and dry, it's always satisfying - to have made a success of your cake!
And the advantages of Emile Henry ceramic don't stop there. As an inert material, it is highly resistant to being cut directly on it, or served with a metal cake scoop. It's extremely practical: no need to unmold! Each slice can be cut and served directly from the pan. A few drops of oil before baking are enough to make Moule à Manqué non-stick. And unlike molds with special coatings, you don't have to worry about the presence of toxic substances in ours.
