A perfect homemade pie needs to be cooked slowly and evenly without drying out.
The secret is to use Emile Henry Pie Dish, made from HR ceramic®. And you can serve it directly on the table, still warm, without turning out.
Withstand temperatures between –20 ºC to +270 ºC.
Can be used in gas and electric ovens, micro-wave oven, refrigerator and are dishwasher safe.
Must not be used on cooktops or open flame.
Do not place your hot dish on a cold and/or hot surface.
The dishes are very easy to clean by hand or dishwasher.
Have been manufactured in a small French town Marcigny by one family from 1850 already.
