• Temperature range: Highly resistant to temperatures from -20°C up to +270°C.

• Safe usage: Perfectly safe for the oven, microwave, and freezer.

• Prohibited usage: Never use the dish on direct heat sources (gas, electric, ceramic, or induction stovetops) or open flames.

• Preventing thermal shock: Avoid extreme and sudden temperature changes. Do not run cold water over a hot dish or place a hot dish on a cold surface, because the sudden shock can cause the dish to crack. Do not place a frozen dish directly into a pre-heated oven; place it in a cold oven and let them heat up together.
