• Temperature range: Highly resistant to extreme temperatures from -20°C up to +290°C.

• Safe usage: Perfectly safe for direct stovetop use (gas, ceramic, halogen, and electric hobs), as well as the oven and microwave. (Note: Not compatible with induction hobs).

• Preventing thermal shock: Avoid extreme and sudden temperature changes. Do not run cold water over a hot dish or place a hot dish on a cold surface, as the sudden thermal shock can cause the ceramic to crack. Do not place a frozen dish directly into a pre-heated oven.
