Emile Henry Slim Tart Dish 15x36 cm/1.6 l

The Emile Henry Slim Rectangular Tart Dish gives a new dimension to your tart recipes. With its high sides, you can not only make long, thin tarts, but also succulent quiches and clafoutis.

Made from HR® ceramic (High Resistance), it diffuses the heat and cooks right to the centre, without burning the edges. With or without a pastry base, your recipes can be cut and served directly from the dish without any risk of scratching the surface.

A rectangular tart dish is original, easy to serve and practical to wrap for picnics or packed lunches.

Withstand temperatures between –20 ºC to +270 ºC.
Can be used in gas and electric ovens, micro-wave oven, refrigerator and are dishwasher safe.
Must not be used on cooktops or open flame.
Do not place your hot dish on a cold and/or hot surface.
The dishes are very easy to clean by hand or dishwasher.

Have been manufactured in a small French town Marcigny by one family from 1850 already.
