Emile Henry Ruffled Heart Dish

Made from HR ceramic (High Resistance), this dish diffuses the heat evenly and right to the heart of your cakes. It can be used in the oven, microwave and also the dishwasher.

Withstand temperatures between –20 ºC to +270 ºC.
Can be used in gas and electric ovens, micro-wave oven, refrigerator and are dishwasher safe.
Must not be used on cooktops or open flame.
Do not place your hot dish on a cold and/or hot surface.
The dishes are very easy to clean by hand or dishwasher.
