The knife from the ZWILLING® Pro series, designed by the Italian designer Matteo Thun, has manifold uses in your kitchen. Use it to clean, cut or garnish fruit and vegetables as well. Employ the slim, medium-sharp blade to make fine incisions in meat to prick a saddle of game or beef with herbs or bacon. The ice-hardened FRIODUR® blade performs precise work without the blade becoming blunt. The blade's two-stage V-edge honing guarantees the excellent sharpness of the stainless steel paring and garnishing knife. The knife is comfortable to hold when cutting, partly due to the curved finger guard and seamless transition from the 3-rivet design of handle to the blade.
