You can use the kitchen knife with a 14.5 cm long blade in the kitchen, especially when slicing. It is ideal for processing vegetables or fruits. For example, you can cut large broccoli or cauliflower, but also a smaller melon. It forms the golden mean between a small scaling knife and a large chopping knife.
The S-Art line was created in collaboration with the artist Reto Bärschi, who was inspired by Japan in its work, also famous for its sword tradition.
S-Art knife blade made of high-quality German steel with a hardness of HRC55 ± 2. It is hardened in ice - it excels in better corrosion resistance and longer service life. The hard fiberglass handle will not be harmed by chemicals either.
