Emile Henry Deep Tart Dish, 32 cm

Emile Henry new XL Deep Tart Dish makes baking and serving simple, distributin the heat gently and evenly during the cooking and maintening the temperature once presented on the table.
Lightly butter and sprinkle with flour or sugar before adding the dough to ensure easy release when serving.
The 32 cm diameter allows 10 generous servings of pie, sweet or savoury tart, or even a delicious crumble...
It's resistant, smooth and shiny glaze is fit for everyday use : cutting directly inside, repeated passes in the dishwasher, and even cleaning with an abrasive sponge.

Made from HR® ceramic, it is highly resistant for everyday use and keeps the contents hot right through the meal. It can be used in the traditional oven and microwave, and can be cleaned in the dishwasher.

Withstand temperatures between –20 ºC to +270 ºC.
Can be used in gas and electric ovens, micro-wave oven, refrigerator and are dishwasher safe.
Must not be used on cooktops or open flame.
Do not place your hot dish on a cold and/or hot surface.
The dishes are very easy to clean by hand or dishwasher.

Have been manufactured in a small French town Marcigny by one family from 1850 already.
