Emile Henry Smooth Pizza Stone 37 cm

Emile Henry smooth Pizza Stone is a unique cooking tray made from refractory ceramic. It allows you to make delicious pizzas with a golden, crispy crust.
Your pizza will be perfectly cooked, just like in a traditionnal pizza oven.
The smooth surface is ideal to knead and stretch the dough, as well as for garnishing the pizza. All that's left to do is to place it in the oven to get a nice crispy crust.
The large handles make the Pizza Stone easy to remove from the oven and serve on the table.
Practical, it will keep your pizza hot right through the meal and you can cut your portions directly on the ceramic surface.

Before you use it for the first time, remove all the labels, if necessary, wash thoroughly.
BBQ dishes are to be used on gas or charcoal grill as well as in all ovens.
NB! Must not be used on cooktops.
BBQ dishes withstand temperature up to 270 °C and up to -20 °C in refrigerator.
