How to use:

1. Place the Brazil on a flat surface and remove the plunger.

2. Add 1 rounded teaspoon (or 1 Bodum scoop) of coarsely ground coffee per cup.

3. Pour hot water (92–96 °C / 197–205 °F) into the carafe, leaving at least 2.5 cm / 1 inch at the top. Stir with a wooden or plastic spoon.

4. Place the plunger unit back on and turn the lid to close the pour spout. Brew for 4 minutes.

5. Slowly press the plunger down, turn the lid to open the spout, and pour your coffee.

Do not use on stovetops or direct heat.
