Maintenance & Care: Place the press on a flat surface, hold the handle firmly, and pull the plunger up and out. Add one teaspoon of coarsely ground coffee per cup. Pour hot water (92–96 ºC), leaving 2.5 cm of space at the top, and stir with a plastic or wooden spoon. Place the plunger on top with the spout closed. Let it brew for 4 minutes, then slowly lower the plunger. Wash in warm soapy water before first use. All parts are dishwasher safe.
