Use and care: Brewing delicious coffee with the Pour Over is a special ritual, yet remarkably simple:

• Place the coffee station on a flat, heat-resistant, and non-slip surface.

• Add fresh medium-ground coffee to the filter (we recommend 1 tablespoon or 1 Bodum scoop per 120 ml / 4 oz of hot water).

• Slowly pour hot (not boiling) water in a circular motion until grounds are evenly saturated, then fill to the maximum capacity.

• Allow the water to filter through the coffee into the glass jug or your mug (this takes about four minutes).

• Remove the filter, serve, and enjoy a wonderful cup of coffee.

• Before first use, wash in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly. The glass jug and stainless steel filter are dishwasher safe.
