How to use:

1. Place the Eileen French press on a flat surface, hold the handle firmly, and remove the plunger.

2. Add 1 rounded teaspoon (or 1 Bodum scoop) of coarsely ground coffee per cup (120 ml / 4 oz).

3. Pour in hot water (92–96 °C), leaving at least 2.5 cm / 1 inch from the top. Stir with a wooden or plastic spoon.

4. Place the plunger unit back on and turn the lid to close the pour spout to retain heat.

5. Leave to brew for 4 minutes.

6. Hold the handle firmly, slowly press the plunger down, turn the lid to open the spout, and pour your coffee.

Caution:
Do not use on stovetops or direct heat.

Care:
Dishwasher safe (excluding copper finish). Hand wash recommended for copper.
