How to Use & Care: Place the press on a flat surface, hold the handle firmly, and pull the plunger up. Add one heaping teaspoon of coarsely ground coffee per cup. Pour hot water (92–96 ºC), leaving 2.5 cm of space at the top, and stir with a plastic or wooden spoon. Place the plunger on top and turn the lid to close the spout. Let it brew for 4 minutes, then slowly lower the plunger. Turn the lid to open the spout and pour. Wash with warm soapy water before first use and dry thoroughly.
