Hammershøi Summer is the essence of summer in full bloom, immortalised on selected pieces from Kähler's popular Hammershøi series. The bowl measures 12 cm in diameter and is adorned with summery berries and a playful and poetic butterfly. The discreet grooves in the series give the bowl an elegant and classic look, while the illustrations add a cosy and summery touch. In fact when you look at Hammershøi Summer, you can almost feel the sun’s rays and the warm summer breeze on your skin. And Rikke Jacobsen, the artist behind the watercolour decorations, was actually inspired by the magical shapes, colours and emotions of the Danish summer.
