Burger press made of oil-treated cast iron. The oil treatment creates a natural coating for good frying properties and the cast iron retains and distributes heat evenly and effectively. Get perfectly round patties and avoid greasy fingers at the same time. The lower part of the burger press can be used to cook the patty on the stove or grill. The upper part with the wooden handle should not be used on the stove or grill.
Hand wash, avoid using detergent where possible to preserve the natural coating and always make sure the cast iron is completely dry before putting it away.
