The grill pan is forged from solid aluminum and therefore heats up particularly quickly. The grill grooves in the bottom of the pan not only ensure pretty stripes on meat, fish, vegetables or bread. They also have a positive side effect: your ingredients are not directly in the oil or fat. The pan is equipped with the extremely scratch-resistant 6-layer non-stick coating GRANITIUM Ti-X plus an additional layer of titanium. The ergonomically shaped stainless steel handle of the cookware stays wonderfully cool while grilling. The whole thing is refined by the ultra-chic granite look of the outer coating. The design of the grill pan comes from Milan and comes from the studio Matteo Thun & Antonio Rodriguez.
